Hi, hello, hello, hello everyone. How are you this morning? It is Tuesday. It feels like a Monday because we’ve just had Easter. How bizarre is today. Those days after bank holidays, always skews my brain, they really do. It’s just odd. Anyway, hello, everybody, welcome to my usual Tuesday live right here on YouTube. Every week, I go live at nine o’clock in the morning, to give you some training, some support, to share a bit of news, all sorts of different stuff. And at the moment to launch my new YouTube channel, I am sharing with you my 10 top tips for growing your customer base. This is a series that goes down so well with my audience on Facebook. So I thought it was perfect to put up here as well, because it’s, it’s just the base of the whole of your business, when you have a great customer base that is is always increasing. So you get new people coming into your audience all the time, when you are engaging that audience when you are building relationships with the audience. When you are building that community spirit with with everyone, when you are networking, you’re going to build your customer, you’re going to build your business because your customers will start to buy not all of them. But some will, as you build those relationships. And as you offer them chances to buy. There will be from that hosts, if you do parties, there will be opportunities come up for other things that you might find that you would never have had before. And then the recruits will start coming in. And then as the recruits start coming in, that means your leaders will start coming in because those people will see the potential. So it all builds from this customer base, which is so so important. So that’s why I always start when I do any sort of training with anybody new with a customer base, build that customer base and do it consistently, consistently bringing in new eyes onto your business all the time. And these 10 Top tips will show you how to do that. So if you haven’t watched the others carry on watching me now that’s fine. Go back to number one, because you will thank yourself for spending that little bit of time watching all these tips. They are so useful.

And it’s what I’ve done to build my business over the past 17 years. When I was in network marketing. That is how I built my business. As I grew this business, that is how I built my business. I think it works. It really does work honestly and it doesn’t feel spammy in the slightest. It’s great. So today is tip number nine. And my tip number nine is stop selling. Stop selling at people. I see it so often. So often. I need 10 more hand creams to sell this week who wants to buy one, buy this, buy this, buy ,buy this, buy this, buy thi,s this is on offer, this is on offer, this is on offer spam, spam, spam, spam, to everybody all over marketplace, all over their group all over their Facebook page all over their profile, oh my goodness me on Facebook and and Twitter anywhere like that. You can get your page shut down your profile shut down for selling on your personal profile, your personal profile, especially on Facebook is for that thing alone, that networking thing that building relationships that connecting with people, it is not about selling, they will not let you sell on there. So don’t do it. There’s other ways to do this. And if you want more information on that come and find me I can help. So stop selling at your audience all the time, it will not help your cause people will start to walk away from you, they will just think that every time you put something up on on your social media that they are going to want you to want them to buy you’re going to want them to buy, you’re going to find your your unfollowed quite a lot because nobody wants to be sold to, you’re going to find that your audience gets bored. Because all you’re doing is putting offers up you’re going to find your engagement and your reach drops because when you put something like a sales post up, Facebook doesn’t show it as much,  you don’t get engagement on it. So people don’t like and comment the same as they would do on like a question or something fun or something about you. They’re just don’t do it. Stop selling all the time on your profile. You do need to sell at some point. You have to give calls to action to get people to want to buy but there’s other ways of doing it. There are so many other ways of doing it than just constantly posting out these sales messages. So rather than selling start to think about it in a different way. This will also help with your mindset in a huge way. Because what I’m  (break) A lot of us do, especially if you’re new. You know, what if you feel like, what if they think I’m being spammy? Whatif they think i’m being one of those people that’s always wanting to sell. If you start to look at what you’ve got, as something completely different from a selling business from a retail business, you will start to change your mindset.

So stop selling, start asking, no, that’s not gonna work. Asking for a sale isn’t gonna work. Stop selling, start offering, start serving your audience, see your business as an opportunity to help and support your audience with something that you know that they will never be able to live without, you know, your product. I’m presuming you’re in a business, in a network marketing business, because you love the products. Yeah, because you know that they can get results. Start sharing that instead, start sharing the results. I always tell them my audience to stop, stop asking, start serving, solving and offering, right serve solve and offer, it will make such a difference to your business. You can serve your audience by getting them the best deals by helping them with their problems by building a community around you and your products and the results that you can get for people.  Solve people’s problems. If you know your product or your service solves somebody’s problem, shout about it. Be proud of it. I share out about how my business can solve people’s problems. I don’t sell network marketing training at people. You need this, you need this, you need this, I don’t do that. I solve people’s problems. I show them the results I can get. I know if people follow my training, they can reach their dreams and their goals. Why wouldn’t I share that with people?  You’re the same your products are the same, your services are the same. Just make it any different whatsoever. Your product, whatever it might be, can change life, even if it’s just like giving somebody a treat or helping them with a little problem that they’ve got can change somebody’s life. And you can do that. Your opportunity to join the team, that recruiting thing that you’ve got, that can help people in an amazing way you’re serving and you’re solving. And you are going to solve in solving and you’re going to offer an opportunity to have these products to get that thing to to make more money its offering, its changing that whole perception of asking for a sale all the time buy this buy this buy this, I need more sales at the end of this month, will you buy my stuff.  Swap it over. Totally flip it on its head, serve your audience, solve their problems, offer opportunities, and your world in network marketing will turn around because you won’t feel spammy anymore. Your audience won’t feel spammed to anymore either. Because you’re just helping people. And when you are genuinely helping people without expecting anything in return. That is when magic will happen in your business. Yes, you will get stuff in return. But it won’t come across like you’re expecting it honestly it just will make a phenomenal amount of difference. Find out about them, get them getting to know you, you get to know them and all those other nine tips being visible, creating that community spirit by referring people becoming that go to person in your field. knowing who your audience is, knowing why you are doing this, all those things will lead up to you making a massive success of this business.
